GDP on Deck

by Larry Levin

There isn't a great deal to say this evening folks - the market is waiting on Friday's GDP data.

Actually, there is a great deal of data Friday morning and the GDP is only data point #1. After it, we will also get information on the ECI (employment cost index), Chicago PMI, and Consumer Sentiment reports. Remeber, the Chicago PMI is released a few moments before the stated release time for its "subscribers" so be wary at that time.

The market has been rather tame these last few days. Let's hope the avalanche of data, as well as the end of the month, brings a little excitement.
