Well Ben Bernanke did it again. No big surprises here on the floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

This is pretty much what everyone was looking for and even though the knee jerk reaction was to move lower and then rally all the way back up. As a trader, I was hoping for a little bit of a surprise.

The volatility of an unexpected pause or even the longshot, a 1/2 point cut, would have really made these markets crazy. But that wasn't to be.

Either way its a tough time for rookie traders to be involved, because most have no idea how to play these Fed moves.
