Russell Napier is an author, teaches a course for finance professionals at the Edinburgh Business School titled “A Practical History of Financial Markets,” and is a long-term market historian.  Mr. Napier believes that the true low in the S&P has not been made yet and says it will be 400.
 
I don’t know if he’ll be right, I will follow the trend, but it is an interesting video nevertheless.
